Expansion of Dream House Shopping Center

The investment fund Romanov Property Holdings Fund announces the plans on expansion of the premium class shopping center Dream House in Rublevo-Uspenskoye Highway. According to the plan, the construction of the second stage of the facility with a total area of 27,000 sq m will start late 2016. The amount of the project investments will exceed USD 20 mln.

The second stage project of Dream House will include trade arcades with representation of premium brands, comfortable multi-screen cinema, children’s zone and play area, underground and surface parking. Expansion of the complex will also allow to increase the area of the supermarket part of the first stage and make its product range more diverse and complete. Upon termination of the construction, the total area of the shopping center will increase up to 40,000 sq m.

The concept for the second stage of Dream House has been developed by ECE Russland, 50% of which is owned by Romanov Property Holdings Fund and 50% – by 50% ECE, the global leader in the commercial real estate property management.The design works are scheduled for completion in summer 2016, and the construction will start at the end of 2016.
