The news agency Interfax has published a report on the fact that RD Management now manages more than 1 million square meters of real estate.
At present the portfolio of RD Management (part of RD Group) includes 14 Class A properties in Moscow. Over the course of 2013 and early 2014 the company’s portfolio expanded by more than 500,000 square meters, with the addition of such properties as the luxury class shopping center Vremena Goda and business center Comcity.
In April 2014 RD Management assumed management of the multifunctional complex Legenda Tsvetnogo, situated at the intersection of Tsvetnoy Boulevard and Rozhdestvensky Boulevard in downtown Moscow. According to the conditions of the agreement RD Management will be responsible for the operational management of the multifunctional complex.
“Today we see enormous interest on the part of owners in professional facility management. A professional management company is a mandatory component of a project’s success. We are confident that thanks to the quality of the concept and to the professionalism of our team in facility management, Legenda Tsvetnogo will reinforce its appeal for tenants and residents as well as to potential investors,” Interfax quoted Armen Sarukhanyan, General Director of RD Management.
