Today the Sheraton Palace Hotel Moscow is hosting CRE Market Snapshot, where experts will be summing up the results of the first quarter and discussing the future of the commercial real estate market in Russia. Aram Petrossian, Chief Financial and Investment Officer for AVICA Property Investors, and Olga Leonova, Head of the Commercial Department of RD Group, will be speaking at the event.
Aram Petrossian will be participating in the Investment Session, where the discussion will focus on real estate financing methods, new investment opportunities in the current economic environment, investor strategies in the Moscow and regional markets, and a number of other issues.
Olga Leonova will speak at the Management Session, where the dialogue participants will discuss ways for management companies to diversify, expense optimization in property management and much more.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Aram Petrossian has been Chief Financial and Investment Officer for AVICA Property Investors since the company’s inception in 2008. Mr. Petrossian was one of the key participants in the creation of the portfolio of Romanov Property Holdings Fund (50% owned by RD Group), coordinating all the work on asset acquisition and management of the fund’s capital.
Olga Leonova has led the Commercial Department of RD Group since 2013. Here responsibilities include expansion of the company’s influence on the construction market in Russia and the CIS, the search for new projects and presenting the company at help sector events. Olga is also President of Moscow Construction and Fit-out Association – MCFO.
