RD Management has completed its technical consulting role and has taken on the facility management role for the office park Comcity.
Highly qualified specialists of RD Management provide for the maintenance of the center’s modern engineering systems and organization of the work of the cleaning service.
CITY WITHIN A CITY
Comcity is located on the territory of New Moscow (the area incorporated into the capital city in 2012) 2 km from the MKAD on the Kiev Highway. The project has been implemented as a “city within a city” and it includes the organization of a well-landscaped and green territory with zones for leisure, a fitness center, sports fields and other infrastructure. The complex also offers spacious underground and aboveground parking.
The first phase of the property was commissioned in September 2014. The second phase is scheduled for completion at the end of 2016. The construction is being carried out according to the international LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards.

FACILITY TOUR
To mark the start of comprehensive facility management at Comcity, RD Management is holding a press tour on October 22. Using the examples of the multifunctional complexes Comcity and Legenda Tsvetnogo, the journalists will be shown the differences in the work of a management company at a property under construction and at a property which is fully operational.
Representatives of the owners of the properties – O1 Properties and PPF Real Estate Russia – will also take part in the press tour.
