On 29 November, the Retail Property Tour visits three significant retail properties, including Dream House, a high-end shopping center on the Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Shosse road in Barvikha, just outside Moscow.

In addition to the Dream House shopping center, the tour will also visit the Okeaniya and Riviera shopping and leisure centers.
Tour participants will learn about the changes that have been and will be made to Dream House, which is undergoing regeneration. Dream House is not just a shopping center, but a complete lifestyle zone that fully meets the leisure needs of its customers.
Visitors to Dream House will find fashionable clothing for men, women and children, beauty salons, restaurants, and the Ribambelle children’s club. Anchor tenants include the Azbuka Vkusa supermarket, Winnie children’s store, Cosmotheca perfume retailer, fashion boutiques (Raschini, Stefano Bellini, Ruban and Fandan), the beauty salon Buro 24/7 Beauty, and several restaurants (Asia Grill, Correa’s and Bocconcino). The restyling has boosted the target audience and tenant pool: about 20 new fashion, beauty and health stores opened at Dream House during last year alone.
Plans were announced at the end of last year for construction of the second stage, which will include a cinema, underground car park, expanded fashion gallery and children’s leisure area. The expansion will create an even more attractive retail environment for family shopping and leisure.
