Roman Tkachenko, Head of the Representative Office of RD Group, will participate in the discussion on ‘Demand and Rate of Return for the Project: Main Ratio of the Market’ on September 8. The main topics will include demand forecasting in the field of residential and commercial property; factors determining the relevance of offers and demand drivers; ensuring the project’s rate of return in the current environment; most efficient transformation methods for projects in the investment stage; search for methods to raise economic efficiency of capital investments and government support possibility for real estate developers.
