Roman Tkachenko, Head of the Representative Office of RD Group in Russia, will speak at Hospitality Industry Forum 2015, which will be held in Moscow on February 26.
Roman Tkachenko will speak at the Hotel Development session with a presentation on “Redevelopment as an Opportunity to Select a Successful Location for a Hotel in a Developed Neighborhood”. In his remarks Mr. Tkachenko will speak about experience gained in the creation of apartment hotels as a part of the project to create the pedestrian street Romanov Alley in the historical center of Moscow.
Romanov Alley is the first gastronomic pedestrian street in the Russian capital. The project includes the restoration of historical buildings dating back to the end of the 18th century. The ground-level premises of the buildings along the alley will be home to quaint cafes and restaurants, while the upper levels will be used for business-class apartments.
APARTMENTS ON ROMANOV ALLEY
The project plans for Romanov Alley call for the creation of 40 apartments up to 100 square meters each to be rented out to top executives of Western companies which lease offices at the Class A business center Romanov Dvor. The apartments on Romanov Alley complete this unique environment for life and work of the demanding business community: first-class offices at Romanov Dvor, business-class apartments on Romanov Alley and well-developed leisure and cultural infrastructure in the close proximity thanks to the neighborhood’s location in the historical center of Moscow.
