Romanov Dvor Business Complex was named among the prizewinners of Russia’s Top-100 Office and Shopping Centers — 2017 Award. The awarding ceremony was held on June 9 in St. Petersburg.

Top-100 Office and Shopping Centers — 2017 is an annual award held to recognize the most successful projects in the commercial real estate market. An independent expert board evaluates the location, accessibility, architecture, design and fit-out of the facility, as well as the concept, logistics, engineering and management aspects. This year, the contestants aspiring to make it to Top-100 competed in their respective Federal Districts.

The list of prizewinners includes office and shopping centers from 55 Russian regions. In Moscow and the Moscow Region, 28 office and 27 shopping centers made it to the top list.
