Vremena Goda Included in Rating of Moscow’s Top Shopping Centers

The Vremena Goda shopping center has been included in a rating of the top retail galleries of the Russian capital. In total the experts highlighted 28 properties in the rating.

The Vremena Goda retail gallery offers luxury class brands: from brand-name clothing and children’s goods to interior decorations. Among them are such world names as Cartier, Channel, Valentino, Burberry, Salvatore Ferragamo, Canali, Bally and many more. The retail center totals 64,280 square meters with a GLA of 59,310 square meters.

Vremena Goda opened in 2006. Today that gallery is owned by the Romanov Property Holdings Fund (RPHF). RPHF was established in 2008 on a parity basis by RD Group and a consortium of private investors led by Ruben Vardanyan. The fund is focused on investment in premium class real estate in the Moscow market.

According to the results of a study carried out by the internet portal Arendator.ru, in 2011-2012 Vremena Goda was named the No.1 retail center in Moscow catering to affluent customers.
