Vremena Goda to Be Part of Moscow Property Tour

The magazine CRE together with the event agency IM Events will be holding the Moscow Property & Facility Tour on February 25. The participants will visit the top mixed-use, retail and office properties in the Russian capital. Vremena Goda has been chosen for the tour as an example of a successful premium-class shopping center.

Each year CRE and IM Events hold the Moscow Property & Facility Tour of the most successful commercial properties of Moscow. The Vremena Goda shopping center on Kutuzovsky Prospekt is one of the most modern and most popular retail centers of the capital, which is why it was selected as a stop on the tour.

The exclusive retail galleries of Vremena Goda are home to more than 150 stores with an emphasis on the latest trends in fashion and entertainment. Moreover, it is one of the most modern retail centers of Moscow: it has elevators with light boxes, a controlled media façade, sky lights providing ideal natural lighting during the day, a tenant relations system and a building engineering equipment management system.

Another property of RD Group – the third phase of the recently opened Class A Romanov Dvor business center – will also be shown as part of the Moscow Property & Facility Tour.

Vremena Goda was acquired by Romanov Property Holdings Fund (RPHF) in 2012-2013. The investment fund RPHF was created in 2008 on a parity basis by RD Group and a consortium of private investors. The shopping center opened to the public in 2007.
