Natalia Tischendorf Will Speak at the Russian Session at Mapic

Natalia Tischendorf, Manager of Romanov Property Holdings Fund will speak at the Russian Session within the framework of Mapic exhibition on November 18.

On November 18, Mapic,a major international exhibition devoted to retail real estate will be opened in Cannes. Last year 8,400 delegates from around the world, including 2,400 retailers and 2,300 developers took part in the exhibition.

The event has an ample business program. Natalia Tischendorf will speak at the Russian Session, the key topic of which will be the growing points of the consumer market in Russia.

Tom Devonshire-Griffin, Managing Director in Russia and CIS at JLL, Thierry Vanden Hende, Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, Evgeny Butman, CEO at Ideas4retail, Brendon O'Reilly, Managing Director at Fashion House Group, Mikhail Urzhumtsev, President at Melon Fashion Group, and MichelCheze, Real Estate and Development Director at Castorama will also take part in the discussion.

Romanov Property Holdings Fund (RPHF) direct investment fund was established in 2008 on a parity basis by RD Group International Holding and a consortium of private investors. The investment fund is aimed at acquisition of Russian Class A business centers and shopping centers with economically advantageous location that bring stable income and have the potential of value growth.

In 2015, RPHF investment fund acquired 50% of shares in ECE Russland, which provides professional services of shopping center management within Russia.
