RD Group top managers in the jury of international awards

Roman Tkachenko, Head of the Representative Office of RD Group, and Dmitry Letov, Business Development Director for RD Group, will choose the best projects at FIABCI.

The voting of FIABCI Prix d'Excellence jury members will start next week. The jury traditionally consists of renowned professionals in the field of real estate development, property management and leading market analysts.

Roman Tkachenko is Head of the Representative Office of RD Group in Russia since 2008. During this time, the company has become one of the major players in the office and retail property market in Russia and in Europe. According to Kommersant Publishing House and the Association of Managers, he also ranks among TOP 1000 Russian Managers.

Roman is also in charge of the issues regarding the investment climate in Russia and in Europe, the commercial and residential property market, restoration of historical and cultural monuments.

Dmitry has been engaged in the real estate development and construction for more than 10 years. He held the position of executive director at Sunbury Heights, partner and director of the project at Aurora Group. He led the construction project of UWC Dilijan College in Armenia, the first international boarding school in the CIS countries. In 2015, the school was certified according to BREEAM standards and became the first ‘green’ building in Armenia.

Dmitry joined RD Group team in November 2014. He is responsible for implementation of real estate development projects of the holding.

FIABCI Prix d'Excellence is an international competition among real estate development projects in the field of residential and commercial property. This is one of the most prestigious international real estate events in the world and the only professional competition in Russia having access to the international level. FIABCI Prix d’Excellence is held annually since 1992 under the auspices of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) with support of The Wall Street Journal.

This year, Romanov Dvor business center is nominated in the Office Property category, and UWC Dilijan College is nominated in the Social Facilities category of FIABCI Prix d'Excellence.
