One of the main pillars of the company’s success is its corporate values, the framework which allows all employees to play by the same rules, to be a team and to understand the purpose of their work. Today the company is holding a series of activities aimed at transmitting its corporate values to employees.
TEAMBUILDING AT RD GROUP
In July RD Group held a teambuilding activity dedicated to the corporate value of Harmony. Employees organized a celebration for children from an orphanage: working together, the adults and children all navigated their way through the Panda Park adventure course. Corporate volunteerism is an important aspect of employee development at RD Group. After all, a truly harmonious life is only possible when we share our love and attention with others.
Earlier as a part of the reinforcement of the Teamwork value, the holding held a culinary teambuilding event and a contest on the history of World War II and also presented a prize for Best Team Player.
